Thank you so much for visiting my website, it is a pleasure to have you here! I’m located in Scarsdale, NY where I have a home studio and I service the surrounding Westchester and NYC areas as well. I specialize in timeless children’s fine art, family and dance portraiture.
By trade I am a pharmacist, but pharmacy was never my passion. I ventured into the world of photography after the birth of my first child, when I knew that I wanted to capture every precious little moment that I could before those moments would be gone forever as she grew (way too quickly). Those chubby cheeks, tiny little hands and feet and those big eyes with gorgeous eyelashes, OH MY! There was no stopping my passion for photography which only continued to grow as I had my two boys after that. Capturing the magic of their childhood and interactions with one another has meant everything to me and has brought me so much joy.
When I look back at their pictures, their adorable baby voices ring in my ears and I remember holding their tiny hands or them running around playing in between pictures or what we had to eat afterwards along with our silly conversations full of their curious inquisitive questions about anything and everything.
I learned at a very young age to be grateful for all the small moments in life, to look at the little details that make up the big picture. To remember the moment as a feeling that touches your soul (by the way if you haven’t seen the movie Soul by Pixar, you should because it’s exactly what I’m talking about!) That is the type of feeling I want you to have when you see your images. I want to capture not only that moment, but that feeling which takes you back and warms your heart and makes you smile. I always say “Our kids will never be this young again!” The little things they do at any given age are transient. The only constant is change and boy do they grow and change quickly! There is no better time than now to forever preserve these fleeting moments!
I pour my heart and soul into every picture I take and choose to hand-edit, which I believe you will see in the quality of work delivered to you. I am very detailed oriented and want to deliver only the best to you. I will work with you from the very beginning from getting to know you and what vision you have in mind for your session to the very last detail perfected in your images.
